Our office is located at 4414 Brainerd Road, Chattanooga, TN 37411. Office hours are 8:30 to 4:30, Monday through Friday. Our voice mail (423/624-6746) is operable 24 hours a day and also has instructions on how to apply along with detailed information on every property. Our office is located off of I-24 at the Moore Road exit. Take Moore Road to Brainerd Road, and turn left. Office will be on left. Prior to making application, unit must have been viewed by prospective tenant. At the time of application, which will be done at our office, you will be required to fill out an application and pay the required security deposit as a binder fee along with $25.00 per applicant application fee in CASH. During our approval process we will check credit history, rental history, verify employment, and do background check. If for any reason your application should be denied by our company, the binder fee will be refunded. However, if you are approved, the binder fee will then become your security deposit and stay in place during the term of your lease. The approval process usually takes no longer than 24 hours. In addition, if you are approved and the unit is ready to rent, you will be required to pay pro-rated rent upon approval. One thing to keep in mind... If our office approves you and you change your mind about wanting the unit, your binder fee will be forfeited.
